LEARNDFEST 2024 - WHAT A DAY!
The Learnd Group became real Rock and Roll stars this year, celebrating its 4th learndfest at the The Stately Home of Rock and Roll, Knebworth! Again, the Learnd Group had seen some last minute acquisitions, increasing the number to more than 310 guests. I can only imagine how amazing it would be to brought into the learnd Family and within weeks attend the greatest festival going.
Our guests arrived at the grand gates of Knebworth Hall and greeted by a swarm of paparazzi like the stars they are. Once they picked up a drink they sauntered through the beautiful gardens finding their way to the private gardens and barns where the real party ensued.
HEADLINE ACT: NOASIS
Knebworth is known for hosting huge crowds for bands like Queen and Led Zepplin, but Oasis broke the record in 1996 playing to a quarter of a million people over 2 nights, and held that record until 2003. Once Knebworth was secured as a venue there was only one band that could headline learndfest 2024. Sadly Liam and Noel were busy but Noel recommended Noasis in their stead.
Noasis play gig after gig around the UK, and they go above and beyond to recreate the real Oasis experience. There may not have been a quarter of a million of us at learndfest 2024 but we do have the power of many! We paid homage to Knebworth '96 and booked NOASIS as our headline act and they were simply amazing
SUPPORTING ACT: BACKBEAT BEATLES
The opening band at Knebworth 96 was a Beatles tribute act. So it’s only right that learndfest 2024's opening act was The Backbeat Beatles.
The Backbeat Beatles are a worldwide renowned tribute with world class musicians. Chris O’Neill, one of the members of the band, starred in the BAFTA award winning Beatles film ‘BACKBEAT’ a 1994 film based on the early days of the Beatles. They are the only band with exclusive permission from the makers of ‘BACKBEAT’ to use the name for a Beatles tribute band. It's widely known that Oasis was heavily inspired by the Beatles and the iconic glasses worn by Liam in Wonderwall (and pretty much the rest of the 90s) are a clear nod to the late John Lennon.
Little Known fact: The Oasis 69 Knebworth programme design was inspired by the Beatles ticket stubs from 1964… they were £4 a ticket!

HEADLINE DJ: BAGGSY
This year was particularly exciting for DJ Baggsy...he could say hes played at Knebworth, Glastonbury and Ibiza all in the same year.
As ever Baggsy's set was out of this world and he has become the real headliner of learndfest.

FOOD & DRINK
We really went all out with food this year and booked KERB to serve the finest street food that London has to offer. However the real show stopper was our very own learndfest beer. We'll definitely get some ordered for 2025!
