How much is a Ticket?

Currently, Learndfest is completely free for staff and partners. All we ask is you cover the travel cost to get to your hotel. We ask that you do not over indulge in drinks and food you cannot consume to save on wastage costs.

Is learndfest accessible for all?

We have gone to great lengths to ensure there is a stable path to the event location and areas with stable flooring. As always, accessible toilets, coaches and hotel rooms are standard. Please ensure you select an Accessible room/coach.

 

What is the dress code?

Learndfest doesn’t have a strict dress,however, smart/casual is generally observed, this is the UK so bring a jacket & sun cream too! Fellas usually seen sporting chinos/shorts paired with T-shirt/polo. Ladies, festival vibe with either low heels, trainers, or sandals.

 

What drinks will be available?

We have always tried our best to make sure everyone is happy. Our vision is to make sure Learndfest isn’t only a drinking event, and that everyone feels catered for and we really hope that shines through.

 

What food will be available?

KERB are back for a 3rd year providing, top quality food vendors. We have made sure we cater for the majority (if not all) dietary requirements. If you suffer with allergies, please tell the vendor.

How do I get my Wristband?

Wristbands allows you entry to the festival, service at the bar and food vendors plus other fun activities. Wristbands will be available when you board the coach. For those going directly to the venue there will be a number of them at the entrance.

How do I get my Lanyard?

Every Learnd employee will have a lanyard waiting for them when they arrive. These are to help our every growing team put names to faces. Wear your lanyard with pride!

How do I book a hotel?

Hotels will be available to book through the booking app.

There are no more rooms at my Hotel choice, what do I do?

As more people book, rooms will become limited so if you want to be at the same hotel as your work buddy, book early to save disappointment. We will only book additional rooms if all rooms are booked.

Can my team be booked in the same hotel?

In previous years, we have attempted to keep teams and regions together as much as possible. However, as Learnd grows, teams become larger & geographically diverse.Which is why employees now have the option to book their own location that works for them.

 

Can I stay at the hotel for multiple nights?

Staying over the night before or after is entirely optional. Once you have your Learndfest hotel booking reference, you can book and pay for your additional nights stay then contact the hotel to link the bookings to ensure you keep the same room for the duration of your stay.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in depends entirely on the hotel and if they have clean rooms ready. Please do not call enroute to secure a room, they will not be able to do so.

Why do I have to book a breakfast time?

Some hotels have smaller dining areas and unable to cater to everyone in one sitting. If you don’t arrive at the time slot you have requested, you may experience a delay getting a seat, but you will still get to eat, unless you miss the breakfast time entirely.

Where is the coach collection point?

Coach collection point detailed on your booking info. Coach will leave on time regardless so make sure you are not late. If this is your first rodeo, you will find most of your fellow work mates in the bar closest to the hotel.

Is there parking?

There is adequate parking on site. Please do not arrive any earlier than 4pm as you will not be able to gain access

Can I get an UBER instead of a hotel?

For those who live locally, we can pay for UBER to and from your home, instead of a hotel booking. Wherever possible, shared taxis would be appreciated. I would advise you book your taxi in advance. Ensure you use the location outlined in app.

How do I cancel my booking?

If your plans have changed in any way, it’s no problem as long as we know about it early and can make the changes. Please ensure you update your booking in the app.

​

How do new employees get invited?

If you have a new member of your team starting, please reach out to the Events team who will send and invitation link.
